先週行きそびれた、スターウォーズ･エピソード3の先行上映に行ってきた(^^)
#ストーリー（公式HPより）
クローン戦争の3年後、ジェダイの騎士団はいまだクローン兵を率いて銀河を奔走していた。分離主義者との戦闘が続いていたのである。そして邪悪なシスが1000年にもわたって企ててきた銀河系征服の陰謀が明らかになった時、共和国軍は崩壊し悪の皇帝が出現してしまう。ジェダイの英雄アナキン・スカイウォーカーはフォースのダーク・サイドに魅了され、皇帝に服従を誓う―ダース・ベイダーとして－。ジェダイは滅ぼされ、オビ=ワン・ケノービとジェダイ・マスターのヨーダは潜伏を余儀なくされる。ここに至り、銀河でたった一つの望みは、アナキンが密かに残した子孫である双子の兄妹のみとなってしまう。この兄妹がルーク・スカイウォーカーとプリンセス・レイア・オーガナとして育っていくこととなるのである。
話は、誘拐された元老院議長をジェダイが救出するシーンから始まる。
そして、程なく救出。
相手方も、ジェダイによる救出は予測している模様。
のっけから、ライトセーバーを使った戦闘シーン満載。
テレビCMでも放映されている予告編では、ジェダイが元老院議長に不信感抱いている。
予想された救出劇のこのあたりが原因？と思いながら観始めた。
今回のテーマは、アナキンのパドメへの愛。
いや、本来はアナキンのダース･ベイダーへのプロローグ。
プロローグというのは序章という意味だから、正確な言い回しではないけどね。。。(^^;
でも、序章という感じなのよね。。。
でも、ダース･ベイダーになる過程の説明が充分でないというか。。。
勿論、それなりには説明はあるよ。
でも、ダース･ベイダーになる過程をメインストーリーとするなら、ちょっと不満。。。
でも、ある一瞬までジェダイだった。
暗黒面にある力にすがりたい気持ちを持ちながら、ある一瞬まではそれを抑えられるジェダイだった。
それがある一瞬を境に、突然変心してしまう。
迷いがあったとしても、その突然の変心にはなんのきっかけもない。
その心の動きが感じられない。
多くの人が先々行上映で感じた物足りなさってそこなんだろうなと思う。
まだ先行上映の段階だから、ネタバレは迷惑だよね。。。
でも、これって6作品中の3作品目。
4作品以降を知っている人は、既にネタを知っているといっていい。
ネタレス（？）な作品と言えるのかもしれないなぁ。
それでも、ネタバレはイヤという方は以降は読まないでくださいね。
というわけで、以下、ネタバレあり。
元老院議長を救出したアナキンは、パドメが妊娠した事を知る。
そして、アナキンはパドメが出産で死ぬ夢を見るようになる。
母のシミが亡くなった時も、アナキンは（予知）夢に苦しめられた。
暫くして元老院議長に、ジェダイ評議会のメンバーに推薦される。
評議会では、元老院議長の思惑に不信を持ち、アナキンを評議会メンバーにはするがマスターにはしない。
アナキンは、マスターになれない事で自分が評価されていないと不満と不信を持つ。
10年前（前作）で、評議会がアナキンに感じたアナキンの将来への不安がまだここでも生きているらしい。
でもねぇ。。。
アナキンも不満を持つのもいいけどね。。。
自分だってジェダイのルールを犯していない？
確か、ジェダイは結婚してはいけないんじゃなかったっけ？
ルールを自ら犯している人は、人の指導者になってはいかんよ。。。(笑)
能力に優れるアナキンは、元老院議長がシスであることを知る。
パドメが死ぬ事を知りそれを救えるのは暗黒面の力を得たものだけだという議長。
パドメを救いたいという気持ちを持ちながら、議長がシスである事をジェダイ評議会に報告するあたりまでは、アナキンもまだジェダイの騎士だった。
そして、メイス・ウィンドゥが元老院議長と戦う場面でもまだジェダイだったように見えた。
。。。
なのに、その一瞬の後、アナキンは暗黒面に落ちた。
何で？
アナキンの夢を知っていた元老院議長を不信に思ったなら、その夢もシスに見せられたものと感じなかったのだろか？
シスに疑いを感じなかったのだろうか？
その辺の葛藤がもう少し描かれていたら、もっと楽しめたと思う。
結局、大きなお腹を抱えて、アナキンのために無茶をしたパドメは出産と共に死んでしまう。
これって、アナキンが殺したようなもの。
アナキンは、「亡くなった」という事実しか知らず、それが自分の責任だとも思わず、オビ=ワンを憎む。
10年以上も一緒に修行をしてきた師であり、兄弟をそんなに簡単に憎む事ができるのか？
いや、オビ=ワンに「憎む」と言ったのはパドメが死んだと知る前。
何をきっかけに、それほどまでにオビ=ワンを憎むようになったのか、その経緯がわからない。
なんだかちょっと物足りなかったな。。。
アナキンの父親がダレなのかが判ればもっとよかったかも。
って、多分アナキンの父親は実はシスなんだよね。。。
だとしたら、いや、シスとの会話からそれをアナキンも感じていたとしたら、一瞬の変心も理解できものなのかもしれない。
まぁ、ほぼ満足(笑)
最後のアナキンとオビ=ワンの師弟対決は一見の価値あり。
それにしても、ヨーダって良く動くよね。。。
前作で、900歳を超えていたと思ったけど。。。
ところで、劇場入り口にダース・シディアス＝議長と書いてあるパネルが張ってあったけど、フライングでは？
