銀行のスキミング事件が喧しい。
偶然としかいい様が無いのだけど、この日記に取り上げると社会的“事件”になったり、日経の記事になったりする事が多くて、最近、日記も書きにくい(苦笑)
此処は“起きた日”ベースで書いているので、更新日付と日記の日付は若干異なる。
でも、世の中が“更新日付”とうまい具合にリンクすると、その後が書き難いのよね。。。(^^;
という訳でもないのだけど。。。（って、更新できない言い訳するな? 汗）
今日のランチはというか。。。今日の食事は、先日のイタリアン･フェスで買ってきた“イタリアで一番人気のあるパスタ”で作った料理。
まぁ、料理というほどでもないのだけどね。。。(^^;
先ずお昼は鮭のクリームソースパスタ。
お正月に実家から“塩をしていない”と貰ってきた鮭。。。
“塩をしてある”鮭より辛い。。。(^^;
“塩をしていない”を信じて、バターでソテーして白ワインで煮、生クリームと牛乳でクリームソース仕立てのソースを作った。
鮭が予定外に塩辛かったけど、まぁまぁのお味。
でも、このパスタ、本当にイタリアで一番人気？
茹で時間丁度以上に茹でても“のびない”のはお手軽だけど、イマイチ、パスタに味がない。
ソースが上手く絡まない。
これなら、私が普段使っているデェ･チェコの方が数段美味しい。
茹で方がわるいのかなぁ。。。(^^;
晩ご飯もパスタにしてみた。
というのも、昼間のパスタがイマイチだったからリベンジだと思って。。。
で、夜はカルボナーラ。
今日は、住宅雑誌に載っていた“有名シェフ”のレシピに則ってみた。
作り方はほぼこれに近い。
パンチェッタをオリーブオイルで炒めて。。。というか、熱して。。。
白ワイン加えて煮詰める。
雑誌には、“カルボナーラはいかにこの白ワインを煮詰めるかにかかっている”と書いてあった。
なんか専門用語があったみたいだけど、カタカナ苦手なので覚えられず。。。(^^;
で、卵は卵黄ではなく、全卵にしてみた。
なんとなく、あっさり仕上げたかったから。
で、出来栄えはこんな感じ。
見た目よりかなり美味しくて、私的にはgood♪
いや、ほんと美味しかった。
でもね、やっぱり、パスタは。。。
デェ･チェコって日本人受けするのか、私の味覚がヘンなのか。。。
って、デェ･チェコって、パスタ好きな日本人なら好きなお味のパスタだと思う。
で、この“イタリアで一番人気のパスタ”よりデェ･チェコの方が美味しいと感じた私の舌は“日本人”？(笑)
なんていうのかなぁ。。。
ソースの絡み具合が違うというのか、パスタの主張度合いが違うというのか。。。
今度、ブイトーニ好きの妹に味見をしてもらおうかしら。。。
